Excellent experience using Jax Door & Lock house lockout service! Locked my self out of my house accidentally and had them coming over to rescue me ... and not for the first time... haha... Adi managed to get over here in less than 20 minutes and within less than a minute he was able to unlock my front door... that's definitely a world record... haha... one day I'll make him teach me that trick!! Cant thank them enough!!

I needed a replacement key for my 2010 Nissan Altima. They were vet informative over the phone and gave me an estimated price. After checking 3 other places I've decided to go with Jax Door & Lock. Very communicative dispatcher and the technician arrived on time, the locks were changed with no problem, After the job was done the dispatcher from the office called me to made sure that everything went okay.

We had an emergency exit that needed a new panic bar installed instead an older one that wasn't complying the necessary safety regulations and codes, Gil from Jax Door & Lock showed up right on time and got the job done after just half an hour, the price he charged us was exactly the same as their up front quote and the new push bar works perfectly, super smooth experience, we'll definitely be calling Jax Door & Lock again for any future upgrades at our business.

Tom rekeyed the Kwikset lock on my apartment front door yesterday after my roommate moved out I called few place and told them I needed the service right away and Jax Door & Lock and the fastest response Tom was at my place after just 15 minutes and he made the entire process simple he worked quickly tested the lock several times and also gave me 2 extra key copies the price was totally reasonable and exactly what was discussed before he arrived very professional and totally friendly guys highly recommend them.
