The Pinhole Bypass
Most locks that don’t have a keyhole have a hole on the outside knob. This tiny hole acts as a lubrication port but it can also come to your rescue if you find you accidentally locked the door from the outside.
All you need is a paper clip or a bobby pin. Insert either one into the pinhole then gently rotate it in both directions until the you open the door.

Dismantling The Doorknob
Another clever method to is to remove completely the doorknob from the outside. You can use a screwdriver to unscrew the doorknob from both sides and after the knob is out use the screw drive as a handle insert it right in the middle and turn it manually to open the door after you’re done retract the lock back into the door.
